Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CloudClaw provides cloud-based virtual desktop instances powered by VPS infrastructure. Each instance runs a full desktop environment accessible through your web browser. Instances are provisioned on demand and may be terminated by you or automatically based on your subscription status.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CloudClaw. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment & Billing

CloudClaw operates on a monthly subscription model. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Polar.sh). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CloudClaw to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive abuse
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Store or distribute illegal content
• Exceed allocated bandwidth or resource limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate instances that violate these policies without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

CloudClaw and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CloudClaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to your instances.

7. Data & Instance Lifecycle

Virtual instances may be automatically deleted when your subscription ends or is cancelled. All data stored on an instance is permanently lost upon deletion. You are responsible for backing up any important data before cancellation or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

CloudClaw is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and your instances may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
